Frequently asked questions
How much does a notarization cost?
Per-signature notary fees are set by state law. Because this is a mobile service, a travel fee is added based on distance and time of day. You will always receive the total price before booking.
What do I need to bring?
Every signer needs a current, unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as a driver license, state ID, or passport. Have your unsigned documents ready, and any witnesses your document requires.
Where can you meet me?
Anywhere within 40 miles of our home base — your home, office, a coffee shop, hospital, or care facility across Greater Sacramento.
Do you work with title companies and signing services?
Yes. As a certified loan signing agent, I handle closings for title companies, escrow offices, lenders, and signing services, including printing and prompt document return.
Can you explain my documents or give legal advice?
A notary can verify identity and witness signatures, but cannot give legal advice or explain the legal effect of a document. Please direct those questions to your attorney or lender.
